Dimples Return Policy
Dimples guarantees a great product.
If you are not happy with the impression you have taken you can order a replacement impression tray for $20 plus shipping. Dimples requires that you send in your original impression tray first, so they can determine whether or not you need to take a second impression. Please contact Dimples via email (info@dimplesforever.com) or phone (905-852-2050) regarding your concern. In the very rare case that you require more than a second attempt, you will receive a third tray for the cost of shipping only.
If the impression that you captured isn’t as unique as the person to whom it belongs and you aren’t amazed by having captured a moment in your loved one’s life and forever preserved it in silver, then we will be happy to refund your purchase price and provide you with a free gift for having tried our Dimples product.
Time Frames
You should receive a Dimples kit within a week of placing your order if you reside in Canada or the US. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
If you reside in Canada or the US, you will receive the finished Dimples piece 4-6 weeks from when we receive your impressions.
Damage Policy
If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to replace your damaged product.
Note:
Individual fingerprint lines in impressions of children 2 years and under may not be visible.
Impressions vary. Each Dimples impression is as unique as the person it represents.
